01About us
A property company with room for culture.
NOI Nord-Ostsee Invest KG is a limited partnership (Kommanditgesellschaft) based in Berlin. Our core business is the investment in and management of real estate.
Alongside it we work in the cultural and events sector. We organise cultural events, support projects in performing and visual arts, plan entertainment and recreation activities, and run conventions and trade shows. For us, a well-managed space and a well-made programme belong together.
We work with a small number of partners at a time, with clear responsibilities and plain communication, from first conversation to final handover.
